At Calibre Menswear, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
